2. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website, workspace, or payment features. Additional written statements of work, proposals, or invoices may apply to a specific engagement and prevail for that engagement where they conflict with these general terms.

3. Services

Service scope, timelines, and fees are defined in project agreements or invoices. Website content is informational and does not create a binding delivery commitment until confirmed in writing.

4. Accounts

Client workspace access is for authorized users only. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

5. Invoices and payments

Invoices state amounts, currency, and due dates. Online payments may be processed by payment gateways. You authorize us and the payment gateway to process the amounts shown. Taxes are applied as indicated on each invoice.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site or workspace, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

7. Intellectual property

Site content and Solencio materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Client deliverables and licenses are governed by the relevant project agreement. Upon full payment, rights transfer or license as stated in that agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Each party should treat non-public project and business information as confidential and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Disclaimers

The website and workspace are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Professional advice outside our technology scope (legal, financial, tax) is not provided via this site.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solencio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or security risk. You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that should survive (fees owed, IP, confidentiality, liability) remain in effect.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
