Data we collect
We may collect: identity and contact details (name, email, company); project and message content you submit; billing details needed for invoices and payments (such as address fields required by our payment provider); account credentials for the client workspace; and technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, and cookie identifiers.
How we use data
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, operate accounts and messaging, issue invoices, process online payments through payment gateways, improve security, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Legal bases
Where applicable privacy laws require a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract; legitimate interests in running and securing our practice; consent for optional cookies/analytics; and legal obligations (for example tax or payment records).
Sharing
We do not share your personal data with anyone, except with payment gateways when needed to process online payments. We do not sell personal data.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive transaction status and references needed to mark invoices paid; we do not store full card numbers on Solencio systems.
Retention
We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to deliver services and handle follow-ups. Account, invoice, and payment records are retained for our business and legal record-keeping requirements, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Your rights
